Making life easier
South East Water has made life easier for its 1.5 million customers. The company has introduced a single contact number for customer billing enquiries, and extended its opening hours for greater flexibility.
Customers found the old system of several numbers complicated and time consuming, and often wanted to call outside normal working hours. The water company has responded by opening a centralised call centre and introducing a local rate telephone number to make customer service faster and more convenient.
Customers who have queries concerning their bills can now call 0845 301 0845 between 8am-7pm Monday to Friday, and 9am-1pm on Saturdays.
